Job Description:
Required Skills
15+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role with extensive experience supporting clients in Japan
Min 10 years of experience with Salesforce development, including extensive experience in solution design and implementation.
Min 5 years of experience in Salesforce lightning
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and other development tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery teams
Experience with multi-org and multilingual Salesforce environments
Working knowledge of Japanese regulatory or business process frameworks
Language Requirements:
JLPT N2 or native Japanese speaker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
