アーキテクトとして、エンジニアリング部でシステム全体の設計に関わるアーキテクチャ設計やシステム要件定義を主に行っていただきます。
顧客ニーズやストラテジストが提示した事業計画、解決すべきビジネス課題や品質目標に対して、求められるシステム像や解決策を検討して具体化、実際に開発がスタートしてからは強いリーダーシップを以て開発チームを牽引し、エンジニアリング部のエンジニアや外部ベンダーと協力して、目標とするシステムの実現に向けた推進をお願いします。
【具体的には】
システム開発におけるシステム要件定義やアーキテクチャ設計(基本設計、採用技術の選定、効率化のためのツール類の選定や導入など)、ベンダーへの技術的なレビューの実施とそれによる課題・問題の顕在化の促進、など幅広くご活躍いただける方を探しております。
【求める人材】

【必須】
・コンピューターサイエンスの基礎知識を有している
・ソフトウェアの要件定義・設計経験(運用を想定した要件定義・設計ができること)
・ソフトウェアの実装経験(プログラミング言語問わず)
【歓迎】
・Webアプリケーション開発の実務経験
・AWS / GCPをはじめとしたパブリッククラウドでの実務経験
・業務外でのエンジニア活動を行っている方(趣味のサービス開発公開、OSS経験、技術文書の執筆、カンファレンスの登壇経験、等)
【給与】
年収676~1008万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
