業務内容
戦略コンサルタントとして、国内外クライアントに対する企業価値向上、事業創出、グローバリゼーション、業務プロセス変革などのコンサルティングサービスを提供していきます。 第二新卒として入社後は、豊富な経験を持つコンサルタントの指導のもと、プロジェクトを通じて実践的なスキルを身につけながら成長できます。
- 企業の経営戦略・事業戦略策定
- 全社変革、業務プロセス改革、デジタルトランスフォーメーション推進

応募要件
必須要件
- 4年制大学卒業以上
- 社会人経験3年以内
- コンサルティング領域への学習意欲
- 論理的思考力、課題解決力
歓迎要件
- コンサルティングファームにて1年以上の業務経験
- 大手保険会社や金融機関(銀行・証券・アセットマネジメント)での実務経験
- 政府系機関、官公庁での勤務経験
- 大手製造業、またはテクノロジー/イノベーション企業での勤務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
