設計部にて、意匠設計(企画設計)業務をお任せいたします。

共同住宅、物流施設、工場、公共施設など。住宅:非住宅=1:1
〈発注者〉
住宅分野では三菱地所、野村不動産、東急不動産、住友不動産 等の大手デベロッパーや、非住宅分野では物流業界や鉄道業界 大手の顧客の案件を担当しています。
〈担当地域〉
工場施設/福祉施設/マンション等の建設物をご担当いただき、首都圏(東京/神奈川/埼玉/千葉)での勤務が中心となります。

【給与】
【年収】600万円~700万円(30歳~45歳例)
【月収】300,000円~350,000円(30歳~45歳例)

※時間外手当は、全額別途支給です。平均残業30時間/月
■昇給:年1回(4月)
■賞与:年2回(7月、12月)
■年収内訳:月給12ヶ月+賞与3ヶ月(昨年実績)
