設計部にて、意匠設計(実施設計)業務をお任せ致します。
主にデザインや発注者への提案、作図の外注先等の全体監理をご担当頂きます。
これまでのご経験を活かして、幅広い案件に携われる環境です。

◎物件:
10億円程度のRC、SRC造の集合住宅、オフィスビル、工場施設、福祉施設の実施設計・監理等
◎担当地域:
工場施設/福祉施設/マンション等の建設物
首都圏(東京/神奈川/埼玉/千葉)での勤務が中心となります

【給与】
【年収】600万円~700万円(30歳~45歳例)
【月収】300,000円~350,000円(30歳~45歳例)
※年齢、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定いたします。
※時間外手当は、全額別途支給です。平均残業30時間/月
■昇給:年1回(4月)
■賞与:年2回(7月、12月)
■年収内訳:月給12ヶ月+賞与3ヶ月(昨年実績)
