仕事内容

ガスの契約に関するお問い合わせに対応していただくお仕事です

【主な対応内容】

・ガスの契約開始・契約終了手続き(開閉栓に関するご案内)

・定期点検の日時変更や内容確認

・料金に関するお問い合わせ対応

・契約中のお客様からの各種ご相談対応

・その他、電話受付に付随する簡単な事務作業

【よくあるお問い合わせ内容】

① ガスの利用開始や解約の手続きについて

② 定期点検の日程変更のご希望

③ 「支払いを少し待ってほしい」といったご相談

④ キャンペーン内容や、申込み方法に関するご質問(CP専用サイトの利用案内など)

給与


時給1300円+交通費全額支給

交通アクセス


各難波駅から直結となる為、雨の日でも楽に通勤できます

近鉄、JRからは徒歩1分、御堂筋からは徒歩5分、南海から徒歩10分程になります

勤務曜日・時間


8:50~17:30(実働7時間40分 休憩60分)

資格・経験

  • 週5日勤務で安定して働けます。
  • 丁寧なサポート体制が整っているため、

未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

  • 服装・髪型・髪色自由

ネイルやピアスもOKで、自分らしいスタイルで働けます。

  • しっかり働きたい方にも適しており、

安定した収入を目指せます

  • 駅直結の好立地で通勤しやすく、

仕事終わりの予定やショッピングにも便利です。
