PFI制度に基づき、2026年3月に開館する

市原市八幡総合市民センターの管理運営を弊社が行います。

運営開始に向けて、各種文化事業(講座、イベントなど)の

企画・制作・運営を担う責任者を募集します。

・各種文化事業の企画・制作の総括(本社と連携して行います)

・広報・宣伝・販売促進活動

・企画スケジュール・スタッフ分担管理

・出演者・イベント参加者等の対応

・文化事業実施に係る予算管理、社内・社外文書作成

・利用者サービス(受付・案内)ほか、会館運営業務全般

地域の新しいランドマークで働き、地域に貢献できるお仕事です。

【月給】270,000~330,000円

(各種手当含む。ただし、時間外手当・交通費は別途支給)

【交通アクセス】

JR内房線 八幡宿駅 から 徒歩13分

【勤務時間・曜日】

(1)08時30分~17時30分

(2)13時 00分~22時 00分

又は08時 30分~22時 00分の間の8時間

※シフト制・土日祝日勤務あり

【資格・経験】

・【必須】社会教育主事または社会教育士資格

・【必須】普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・基本的なPC操作ができる方(Word、Excel等)

類似業務経験者歓迎します。

・シフト制(4週8休)・土日祝日勤務あり

【待遇】

通勤交通費支給(当社規程内で支給。上限月額50,000円)

保険:健康保険、雇用保険、厚生年金、労災保険加入

福利厚生:福利厚生プラン(ベネフィットステーション)

【備考】

・PFI制度に基づく業務です。

・試用期間あり。同条件で3カ月間。

・職員に禁煙を推奨しています。

・採用後、東京本社および関東近郊の当社管理運営施設にて、

研修(3日間程度)を実施予定です。(交通費等当社負担)

・年度更新時に、給与等条件面の見直しを行います。

・今回の求人は契約社員としての採用で、採用日から

2027年3月31日(原則年度更新/更新上限:無)と

なりますが、正社員登用も積極的に行っています。

・開館準備期間は本社又は当社運営の近隣館に勤務いただきます。

勤務地によってはマイカー通勤がいただけない場合があります。
