The Technical Specialist Manager in Business Applications leads a team of customer-focused Technical Specialists. This role empowers digital transformation and provides clear demonstrations of how Dynamics 365 and Power Platform can unlock business value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a diverse and high-performing pre-sales team that supports customers in achieving their business goals.
- Attract and retain top pre-sales talents from the market.
- Foster a learning culture in your team to build deep skills on core technologies and broad knowledge of adjacent solutions.
- Elevate blockers and collaborate creatively with other field leaders and partners to ensure solution needs and preferences are heard.
- Empower your team to skillfully demonstrate Microsoft's value proposition internally and externally.
- Drive cross-team experiences that deliver increased sales and consumption.
- Encourage deep pre-sales community participation and the importance of gathering and sharing customer insight.
- Build and lead a team of customer-focused Technical Specialists for BizApps solution (Dynamics 365/Power Platform).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various customer stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience inspiring others through leadership, personal influence, and status as a role model based on consultative and value-based selling.
- Proven collaborator capable of influencing internal teams and external teams, customers, and partners.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience as solution sales or tech sales for a business application.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Proven experience or attitude in leading a team of technical specialists.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
