<すみません、まず同じ絵を見るってどういう意味ですか?笑>
え?文字通り、例えば壁に飾っている絵を皆で見てるってことです。
<いや、まあ...うん。はい、わかりました>
ごめんなさい、冗談です(笑)いや、冗談ではく割と本気ではあるのですが、言い方を変えると全員で同じ認識を持てているってことです。会社が定めるVisionやMissionありますよね。それらは多義的でも良いと思うんです。でも、戦術に関しては同じ認識ではないとまずいですよね。
<私がサッカー出身なので、サッカーで例えてください>
待ってました。僕もサッカー出身なので
例えばロッカールームで監督がホワイトボード使いながら、全員で動きの連携を確認するシーンがありますよね。でも意外と、仕事の中ではそういうシーンってないじゃないですか?「来月までに◯万円利益を出そう」「△△のKPIを改善しよう」と実際の目標や数値については認識がずれないようにできますが、その結果何がどうなって、そのさきにどんな未来や顧客の価値が生まれるのかなどは意外と各人の想像で補ってたりされているのが現状だと思います。
<だとすると、戦術を可視化できるプロダクトを作りたいってことですか?>

<サッカー経験者だからわかりますが、そうじゃない人からするとちんぷんかんぷんになっちゃうのでは?笑>
かもしれない...。でも一旦続けます(笑)
結局、ホワイトボードで何をするかというと、例えばA→B→Cという動きを擬似的にマグネットで動かしながら全員で認識を合わせにいくんですよね。その時に、時間軸が大事かなと思ってて。静的な理解ではなく、動的なものをどうやって全員で認識を合わせていくのかが。
<仮に同じ絵を見れる状態になったとしても、その解釈は個人のスキルや解像度に依存しませんか?それとも、全員に等しく伝わるような状態を作りたいってことですか?>
Visionなどは個人の解像度に依存していいです。というより、依存しても仕方ない。ただ、戦術やフォーメーションはそれではダメですなぜならそれだとチームプレイが機能しない。そこに個人の解釈や解像度は入れなくていいかなと。多義的にする部分と、逆に一義的にする部分との両方があることで、チームって強くなるのかなと思いますね。思いますというか、なります
<では、全員が同じ絵を見れる状態を作り出すために必要なことや、この課題(同じ絵を見れていない/一部の人に限定されている)を解決できる人ってどんな人ですか?>
動的な表現をして、お互いに動きの認識を合わせられるか。これに尽きるかなと。
<いやそれめっちゃわかるんですけど、腑に落ちる人が限定的な気がするなぁ>
これが今の僕たちの表現力の限界です(笑)もっとわかりやすく「こうじゃないの?」がある方はぜひ話したいです。ビジネスの世界で当たり前な「静的な表現・認識合わせ」をひっくり返したい。チームがお互いの動きを動的に認識合わせすることができる社会を当たり前にしたい。
<サッカー出身としては、めちゃめちゃいいなと思いますが、これ求人で公開するんですよね。不安んです>
はい、僕も不安。でも熱意があれば伝わるはず(笑)
きっと「いやいや、仕事はサッカーみたいにコンマ何秒とかで意思決定しないから」「ある意味静的ならその都度すり合わせればいいでしょ」っていう意見が出てくるはずなんですが、本質はサッカーも仕事も大きく変わらないのかなと。
何がいいたいかというと、サッカーはお互いがどんな感じで動的に連動するか認識しているので、ズレたらすぐに修正できる。一方今ビジネスの世界でスタンダードな「とりあえず状況が変化したらその都度合わせよう」だとお互いに同じ絵を見てフィードバックをかけられない。だとしたら、やっぱりビジネスの世界に動的な表現を入れたいな〜ってことです。そんなことを本気で思っているので、共感できる方がいたら、0から一緒にやりたいです。
