職務
Chief Architect is the Technical Authority, the de facto Technical Leader for accounts and large programs/services.
Has deep technical insight of Client's Business / Industry and technical environments and combines that with technical insight of Kyndryl's capabilities and strategy and how to apply them for Client / Business Benefit.
Provides oversight and ensures the viability of all technical activities and programs, coordination across technical and organizational domains. Influences, shapes, or co-creates strategic architecture, roadmap, and initiatives. Act as thought leaders and growth engine for the account. You will be responsible for connecting our customers' business needs with their IT strategy, using a range of architectural models and views to create a clear picture of how their requirements can be met in an agile, sustainable, and flexible way.
To excel in this role, you will need to be able to understand our customers' needs and constraints, and apply industry knowledge and best practices to develop effective IT solutions.
You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and use your expertise to develop a high-level enterprise-wide IT architecture that maps IT capabilities to business needs.
You will be expected to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive knowledge of our solutions offerings, strategies, and direction as it relates to the customer's business, infrastructure, and industry.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be a skilled communicator, able to influence customers and sell our solutions using your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions and your understanding of their business and industry.
