今回は、営業をサポートする事務を増員します。
残業がほとんどなく、
定時の18時には退勤できる環境。
プライベートとの両立が可能です。
PCスキルと事務経験を活かして

【仕事内容】
営業事務として、有名生活雑貨店などの大手取引先を担当する営業をサポートします。
システムへのデータ入力、顧客・工場との納期調整、営業活動を円滑に進めるためのポジションです。
<具体的には>
*専用システムへの受注データ入力・登録
*営業担当の指示に基づく見積書の作成
*顧客への納期連絡、電話・メール対応
*商品タグ・パッケージなど副資材の発注・管理
*工場への出荷指示・納品スケジュールの管理
※正確でスピーディな処理が求められる仕事です。あなたのPCスキルと事務経験を活かしてください。
<入社後の研修について>
入社後は、仕事の流れやタオル製品の商品知識、専用システムの使い方などを一つずつ丁寧に教えていきます。
分からないことはすぐに質問できる環境ですので、新しい環境でも安心してスタートできます。

【営業が顧客折衝に専念できるために】
営業スタッフがお客様や工場との打ち合わせ・商談に専念できるよう、入力や見積書の作成をサポートすることが営業事務の役割。電話やメールでは営業に代わり対応することもあります。

単なる事務作業だけでなく、電話・メール対応において「お客様の状況や心情を察する」「空気を読む」ことが大切。あなたの細やかな気配りが営業チームを助け、「ありがとう」と喜ばれることが一番のやりがいです。
【人気店に当社の製品が並ぶ】
OEM製品や人気キャラクターのライセンス商品など、当社の手掛けるタオル製品が人気ブランドの定番アイテムとして店頭に並びます。「うちの会社で作っている商品なんだよ」と、家族や友人にもつい自慢したくなるお仕事です。
【プライベートとも両立可能】
残業は月平均10時間程度と少なめで、18時の定時で退社できる日も多数遅くても19時には全員が退社しています。また、土日祝休みの週休2日制で年間休日は110日以上。仕事とプライベートのメリハリをつけて働けます。
