仕事内容


当社は、電子回路を構成する半導体モジュールの小型化技術に特化した会社です。

大手電機メーカー、自動車部品メーカー、国の研究機関、大学などからの依頼を受け、半導体モジュールの開発・試作・製造を行っています。

今後のさらなる依頼増加に向け、

技術開発部門の組織力強化を目的として、新たな仲間を募集します。

  • 業務内容

半導体モジュールに関する以下の技術開発業務をお任せします。

・半導体モジュールの実装技術開発

・カメラモジュール、パワーモジュールの電子回路設計

・機構設計業務

  • 入社後の流れ

入社後、約3か月間は製造現場を経験していただき、

製品や工程への理解を深めていただきます。

その後、ご本人の適性を見ながら、

機構設計または回路設計業務をお任せします。

設計業務は、設計ソフトを使用して行います。

フレックスタイム制

標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間

※基本勤務時間:9:00~18:00

(休憩:計60分/45分+15分)

残業時間:月平均10時間程度

業務都合で残業が発生した場合は、

フレックス制度を利用し、月内で就業時間の調整が可能です。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 210000円 ~ 350000円

※試用期間は3ヶ月です。その間の雇用形態、条件に変更はありません。

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

完全週休2日制 基本、土日祝日休み

※祝日は会社カレンダーに準ずる

※繁忙期には祝日振替出勤がありますが、
