【仕事内容】

主に人事労務業務をお任せいたします。

①給与計算・勤怠管理

・月次の勤怠データ集計・チェック

・給与・賞与計算業務

・年末調整業務全般

②入退社・社会保険手続き

・雇用契約書の作成

・社会保険等の手続き

・産休・育休・介護休業などの申請手続き

③制度設計・環境整備

・法改正に伴う就業規則や36協定の改定・届出

・福利厚生制度の運用・見直し

・労務管理フローの改善

④その他付随する業務

海外拠点とのやり取り(英語は話せなくてもOK)や出張手配等。

最初は研修やOJT制度があるので、

未経験の方でも安心して業務開始していただけます

慣れてきたら、労務や人事/採用の業務もお願い致します

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

  • 9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

※9:30~18:30も選択OK

*残業月平均10時間程度

*慣れてきたらリモートワークも可能(規定あり)

基本給:月給 27万円 〜 35万円
