仕事内容


当グループ会社が安定して成長を続けていくために、

法務部門の一員として、

契約・ガバナンス・コンプライアンス業務に携わっていただきます。

まずは契約管理や契約書チェックなどの実務を中心に担当し、

段階的にリスク分析やルールづくりなど、

より専門性の高い業務へステップアップしていけるポジションです。

<具体的に…>

・各種契約書の管理、整理

・契約書のリーガルチェック(内容確認・リスク整理)

・新規契約におけるリスク分析の補助、ドラフト作成

・社内からの法務相談対応(一次対応~実務補助)

・社内規程やルール整備に関わるサポート業務

・グループ全体のコンプライアンス施策に関する業務補助

・その他、法務・管理部門に付随する業務

※経験やスキルに応じて、徐々に業務範囲を広げていきます。
