お迎え後のお客様からのご相談に、
電話・メールで対応する仕事です。
ペットライフの「困った」を解決する、
サポート業務があなたの役割です。

①付帯サービスのお問い合わせ対応
- ペット専用自社サービス
「ほっとサポート」に関する
内容のご説明やご案内
- 料金や内容の確認、手続きなど
②その他のお問い合わせ対応
- アフターフォローに関するご質問対応
- 困りごとの相談などをヒアリング
③請求に関するお電話
- 1日50件前後を目安にお電話対応
電話は1日30~50件程度、
メール対応は10件前後。

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 20日
9:45~20:00の間で1日8h
休日休暇
- 完全週休2日制
(土日祝含むシフト制)

※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 23万4570円 〜
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり2万5430円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
