「建築設計職(幹部候補)【大阪】地域限定相談可」のポジションの求人です
大和ハウスグループでの自社グループ開発プロジェクト案件や建築請負事業においての外部受託での大型プロジェクトの設計部の将来の幹部候補として組織を牽引頂くリーダーとしてご活躍を頂きます。
【具体的な業務】
商業施設、オフィスビル、物流施設、データセンター、医療・介護施設、工場、ロードサイド店舗などの意匠設計、設計監理をご担当頂きます。
※専門アセットではなくそれぞれが幅広い物件をご担当頂く予定です。
◇建築事業(非住宅領域)について…住宅メーカーとして知られる大和ハウス工業ですが、非住宅事業の売り上げの6割を超え今や住宅領域と互角に並ぶまでの事業成長を見せています。

■一級建築士
【歓迎要件】
▼S造・RC造・SRC造の商業施設やオフィスビルなどの設計経験
▼物流施設やデータセンター、風力発電、プラント案件のご経験

総合職と地域限定社員でご選択可能となります。
※全国総合職の場合には北海道、東北、関東、中部、近畿、中国、四国、九州、沖縄など全国の事業所へ将来的な転勤の可能性がございます。

【給与】
年収 720 ~ 1010 万円
◇昇給:年1回 ◇賞与:年2回(7月、12月) ※直近実績から鑑みた予想値 6.98か月(全社平均))
※施工管理職には資格、担当物件に応じた手厚い手当制度をご用意しています。
一級建築士手当、専任手当、非専任手当、大型物件手当、施工管理手当
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
