仕事内容:

医薬品や健康食品、化粧品の有効性や安全性を確認するための試験(臨床試験)に参加していただける協力者(被験者)を採用(集客)することがミッションです。

営業担当を始め社内メンバーと連携を取りながら、クライアント(メーカー)が求める要件を満たした被験者を「予算内で」「納期までに」「必要な人数」を集めて治験に参加していただくことを目指します。

【主な業務内容】

■被験者集客方法の企画・募集開始に向けた準備

どのような方法であれば効率よく被験者を集められるか、過去の事例などを参照に企画検討します。

その他にも

①クライアント(メーカー)からいただいた募集内容の編集

↳専門用語が多いので、それを一般の方に理解いただけるよう文言を書き換えます。

②応募者の方へ送るアンケートの作成・実装準備

↳年齢やお住まいの地域、喫煙の有無や疾患歴など、試験内容に沿ったアンケートを作成(外来受診の問診票のようなイメージです)

などを、募集開始までに間に合うようにスケジュール立てて実行いただきます。

※※施策例:ランディングページ(LP)・メルマガ配信による集客

募集したい被験者ターゲットに応じて、表記の仕方や差し込む画像、ワード選定などを実施。

募集したい層の普段の生活や不安に感じることなどをイメージしながら、過去の成功事例などを参照に作成いただきます。

■プロジェクト全体の進行管理

募集開始後の進捗・KPI(集客数・売上・粗利)を管理&報告、進捗が思わしくない場合は改善案の検討・実行まで行っていただきます。

■チームメンバーフォロー・ナレッジ共有

他メンバーが抱えている案件のフォローや、自身の成功事例や取り組み内容のチーム内共有。

【部署内コミュニケーションについて】

■業務確認mtg(毎朝30分)

アジェンダとしてはPMからの進行中案件の進捗、新規案件の作成進捗、営業からの受託予定案件の共有。その他全社周知など。

■案件状況確認MTG(週1回)

各種案件の進捗や施策相談

■プロジェクト管理職全体mtg(週1回)

日々の業務効率化や改善策について議論

上記の定例以外にも、1on1などでフォローアップ機会は設けています

・営業事務などのデスクワーク経験1年以上

・word、excel、何かしらのチャットツール(slack、teamsなど)の実務使用経験

・人材営業経験(求人広告、人材紹介、人材派遣)

・営業事務経験

・プロジェクトの進行管理を任されたご経験がある方

・何かしらの営業経験、営業事務経験

・臨床開発、治験領域でのご就業経験

勤務時間・曜日:

09:30 ~ 18:30( 休憩 60 分)

■年間休日125日(2025年度)

■完全週休2日制(土・日)

9:30~18:30(標準労働時間)

勤務形態:事業場外みなし労働時間制により、8時間勤務したものとみなす。(事業内労働あり)

業務やチームに影響がない範囲で、上長承認の上始業と終業時間の調整は可能ですが、原則は上記勤務時間となります。

昇給年1回(6月)

賞与年2回(6月・12月)

交通費支給(実際に出社した日数分×実費:上限10万円)
