本ポジションはLHH RPO Japanにおける複数のRPOプログラムを統括する責任者ポジションです。クライアントの経営層と連携しながら、採用戦略の設計・運営、デリバリーチームのマネジメント、パフォーマンス管理を通じて、採用成果の最大化を目指します。また、中間層リーダーの育成や、業務改善・テクノロジー活用にも積極的に関与いただき、組織貢献いただくことを期待しております。
【職務内容】
主に下記をお任せすることを想定しております。
・複数のRPOプログラムにおけるデリバリー戦略の立案・実行
・クライアント経営層との関係構築、採用課題に対する提案・コンサルティング
・KPI/SLA/P&Lの管理・分析・レポーティング
・デリバリーチーム(Recruitment Manager / Sr. RM等)のマネジメント・育成
・テクノロジー活用による業務効率化・プロセス改善
・他部門(営業、IT、トレーニング等)との連携
・グローバルチームとの連携・報告
・特別プロジェクトへの参画

■下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
・RPO/人財業界でのサービスデリバリー経験
・企業人事での採用業務経験
・複数プロジェクトの統括経験
・戦略立案・業務改善・テクノロジー導入の実務経験
・チームマネジメントおよび部門間連携の実績

【給与】
年収 1000 ~ 1500 万円
賞与(3月・8月)
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
