仕事内容


【東京都】民間産業排水処理プラントの設計、プロジェクトマネー/クボタグループ/土日祝休・福利厚生充実

【仕事内容】

民間企業向けの排水処理設備と排ガス処理設備の企画から施工・立ち上げまでと、その後のメンテナンス業務をお任せします。

【配属先部署の担う役割】

産業排水・排ガス事業部は、民間企業向けの排水処理設備と排ガス処理設備の企画から施工・立ち上げまでと、その後のメンテナンス業務をおこなう事業部で、エンジニアリング部は、主に排水処理設備の設計から施工までを担う部署。

排水・排ガス処理の分野においてGMBを目指すべく、体質強化を行っていきます。

【入社後の具体的な仕事内容】

KKE本社(クボタ:東京本社)で、民間産業向け排水処理プラントの設計およびプロジェクトマネジメント業務を行って頂きます。

入社後しばらくは、業務内容を把握していただくために、設計から建設までを一通り経験して頂きます。

また、担当案件とは別に、様々な会議へ参加頂き他部署との関連性なども把握して頂ければと思います。

【仕事の進め方】

営業部と計画部が企画し受注します。その後、エンジニアリング部に引き継がれ設計から施工までを担当し、運転管理室(試運転調整を行う部署)へ引き継ぎます。

設計課では、計画部で作成した見積仕様書・プロセスフロー・概略レイアウト・原価をもとに、総合工程の計画と実行予算を作成し、プロジェクトのマネジメントを行っていきます。

具体的な作業としては、詳細設計図書の作成(作図は協力業者へ発注)と、機器類・製作品・工事の見積依頼~発注業務を行います。電気関係の設計はシステム設計課と連携しながら進め、工事関係の内容は工事課へ引き継がれます。施工が完了すると、運転管理室へ引き継がれますが、最終的に客先へ引き渡されるところまでを設計課でマネジメントしていきます。

【年収例】450万円~1100万円(年齢例:40歳~45歳)【月収例】24.5万円~(年齢例:40歳~45歳)※経験・年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇します。《年収参考例》・約530万円:社会人経験5年程度/総合職 ※残業代別途支給・約670万円:社会人経験10年程度/総合職 ※残業代別途支給昇給:年1回(10月)賞与:年2回(6月・12月)
