急成長ブランドを支える店舗開発/責任者候補年収1000万円も可/年間30出店に挑戦
【仕事内容】
ミッション
あなたの店舗開発における知見と実行力を最大限に活かし、年間20~30店舗という出店計画を達成することがミッションです。特に好調な薬膳スープ春雨業態の展開をリードし、会社の成長を牽引していただきます。単に物件を探すだけでなく、事業を創り上げていく実感を得られるポジションです。
業務詳細
ご経験や強みに応じて、以下の業務をお任せします。
・出店戦略に基づく物件情報の収集、エリアリサーチ
・駅前や繁華街を中心としたビルイン物件(10~20坪メイン)の開発
・ロードサイド物件の開発
・不動産会社や物件オーナー様とのリレーション構築、条件交渉
・契約締結に関する一連の業務
※マネジメント業務がメインではなく、自ら動いていただくプレイングでの活躍を期待しています。
入社後の流れ/教育体制
ご入社後は、まず既存の店舗開発メンバーと連携しながら、同社の事業やブランドコンセプト、業務の流れについて理解を深めていただきます。その後、これまでのご経験や人脈を活かせるエリアや物件種別を担当。OJTを基本とし、大きな裁量を持って主体的に業務を進めていただくことを期待しています。
将来的なキャリアパス
まずは店舗開発の担当者として成果を上げていただき、将来的にはリーダー、マネージャー、そして開発部門の責任者へとキャリアアップが可能です。また、薬膳スープ春雨業態だけでなく、今後立ち上がる新ブランドの店舗開発に携わるチャンスもあり、キャリアの幅を広げていける環境です。
