当社製品ユーザーの食品工場や農家様は、
ロボット化や自動化、DX化などから当社への需要が年々高まっています。
開発・設計にしかできない、ご自身の企画を設計し試作、試行錯誤を繰り返し、
商品化した際には業界への貢献という大きなやりがいを感じる事が出来ます。

仕事内容
穀物の選別・計量・食品洗浄などを行う農業機械や食品機械の、
企画から設計、試作・試験、商品化までを担当していただきます。
具体的には、
・製品の改良(モデルチェンジ)
・新商品の企画
・機械の設計
・試作、試験
・商品化など
メイン業務は既存製品の改良となります。
時には、営業さんがお客様からの要望を受けたことに対して、
課題を解決できる様な新製品の開発も行っていただきます
[新製品開発時の流れ]
商品企画設計試作・試験商品化
上記の工程を機種ごとに担当いただきます。
規模によって一人で行う場合とプロジェクトチームを組む場合があります。
数件を同時に担当しながら年単位で商品化を目指していきます。
課題を解決できる製品開発ができた際の達成感は格別です
入社後は製品概要や業界の特徴などをレクチャーします。
次に先輩と一緒に一連の工程に携わったり、
メンテナンス工程に携わり実際の業務に慣れて頂きます。
1年を目途にじっくりスキルを身に着けてください

給与
月給230,000円~280,000円(一律手当含む)+賞与年2回
※試用期間3ヵ月あり(待遇変動なし)
※経験や能力等を考慮し、当社規定により決定いたします。
