2026年4月~6月頃、札幌市にニューロリワークが新規オープンいたします 当社が運営する就労移行支援事業所および自立訓練(生活訓練)事業所ニューロリワークは、うつ病などのメンタル不調のある方々に対し、社会参加や復職(リワーク)、就職へ向けたサポートを提供する福祉サービスです。 利用者さんが自分らしく活躍するために、健康管理から就職・復職活動のフォロー、職場定着まで様々な支援を行います。利用者さんは20代~40代の精神障害や発達障害のある方が中心です。 サービスの中心には、「ブレインフィットネス」という独自の脳科学を活用した生活習慣構築プログラムを導入し、他の支援プログラムと組み合わせた効果的なサポートを提供しています。 2018年に最初の事業所を開設した当社は、現在全国に20事業所を展開しており、2021年度は152名、2022年度は236名、2023年度は271名が就職・復職を実現しました。 当社の全従業員のうち約4割は福祉専門職の資格を保有しており、社内には心理士で構成される部会があるなど、独自のサービスを提供する上でその専門性が生かせる環境を整えております。 多彩な専門分野を持つ、中途入社の支援員が多数活躍していることが弊社の強みであり、幅広い支援を提供できる源泉でもあります。 当社は、「すべての人が活躍する社会」をミッションとして掲げています。 心理士として、一人の社会人として、あなたのバックグラウンドを活かして「あなたにしかできない支援」をしてみませんか? 最後までお読みいただきありがとうございました。 ぜひお気軽にご応募ください

【仕事内容】


【業務内容】 心理士としての仕事内容 ・FITプログラムの運営・見直し (座学講座の運営・プログラムのブラッシュアップ・質疑応答 など) ・心理系プログラムの運営・企画 ・社内向けセルフケア情報「こころホッとLetter」の作成 など 支援員としての仕事内容 ・プログラム(※)運営 ・支援計画の作成・見直し・調整 ・病院・企業との連携・調整 ・相談対応・キャリアアドバイス・就労後のフォロー ・問い合わせ・見学対応、体験実習の受け入れやフォロー ・周知活動(クリニックへの訪問・ブログの作成) など ※プログラム例 ・ブレインフィットネスプログラム(運動や睡眠、ストレスケアなど健康に良い生活習慣を会得する) ・FITプログラム(認知行動療法を基に物事への柔軟性を高める) ・FINDプログラム(自己理解を促し、長く安定して働くために必要な基礎を作る) ・就労に向けた知識・スキルの構築 ・時期や季節に応じた余暇プログラム など 【補足】 ・基本業務内容に介護や介助の仕事はありません。 ・運動系のプログラムは、専門インストラクターが実施します。 ・AIツールの導入により、記録作成や事務作業の効率化を推進しています。 ※AIの使用に関するご案内 弊社で使用しているAIは、セキュリティとプライバシーに十分配慮した仕様となっております。 情報が生成AIにより再利用されることのないよう、再学習を行わない設定を厳格に適用しております。 ・雇い入れ後の業務範囲 会社の定める範囲 ・就業場所変更の範囲 会社の定める事業所

【給与】


【正職員】月給 262,000円 〜 340,000円

【給与の備考】


経験・能力を考慮の上、決定します。 月給は、以下基本給、固定残業代、資格手当の合計となります。 基本給 226,500円~294,000円 ※基本給には以下手当が一律含まれます ・ライフプラン手当 55,000円 ・処遇改善手当一律 35,000円 固定残業代(月20時間分) 35,500円~46,000円(超過分は別途支給) 資格手当 5,000円(公認心理士) ※試用期間:3か月(雇用条件変更なし) ※交通費全額支給 ~年収例~ 340万円(入社1年/就労支援担当) 440万円(入社3年/マネージャー) 460万円(入社5年/サービス管理責任者) 初年度の想定年収:340万円~450万円

【教育体制・研修】

【勤務時間】


残業月20時間以内 9:00~18:00(休憩60分)
