【仕事内容】

大手グループ企業内で、SAP FI(財務会計)/CO(管理会計)の運用サポートをご担当いただきます。

ユーザー部門からの一次問い合わせ対応や簡易的な調査、ドキュメント作成を中心としたポジションです。

設定変更や高度な設計は上位メンバーがフォローしますので、SAP経験が浅い方でも安心してスタートいただけます。

【主な業務内容】

・SAP FI/CO に関する一次問い合わせ対応

・事象の簡易切り分け(マスタ、操作手順、権限周りなど基礎的な調査)

・業務部門からの要望整理、上位者へのエスカレーション

・運用手順書、FAQ、障害記録などのドキュメント作成

・テスト支援(テスト実施、結果取りまとめ)

・進捗や課題の簡易管理
