アンドパッドでは、建設SaaS事業の対象業種や領域が拡大し、多様化する顧客ペインを解決するべく、新商品開発やプロダクトのアップデートも高速で進んでいます。 また、SaaS事業で築いた顧客基盤・データアセットを活用し、SaaS以外の新規事業による顧客への価値提供も次々に立ち上げています。
そのための大規模な資金調達も完了し、次のステージへ飛躍するために、M&Aなどを通じたグループ経営への移行や、事業成長に伴う会社規模の拡大、さらには複数の新規事業創出など、多くの変化が発生しています。

企業内弁護士として、主にビジネスに関わる法務面を担っていただきます。新規事業担当・エンタープライズ部門・開発部門等と密接に協働し、契約の作成・条件検討・交渉・締結等を推進いただきます。法務観点はもちろん、経済条件を含むビジネス面についてもレビュー・交渉をしていただくことを想定しています。
※以下を含む、当社グループの法務関連業務全般に従事していただきたいと考えております。
【職務内容】
・既存事業・プロダクトにおける法規制対応状況の確認その他法務面のサポート、その他事業に関する法的課題の解決
・新規事業立ち上げに関連する法務業務(関連法令調査、法務関連スキーム検討、法務関連書類作成・業務フロー策定等)
・株主総会・取締役会等の会議体の運営
・関連法規制遵守のための体制整備・運用
・上場準備に向けた内部統制体制…
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■弁護士資格を保有している方
■弁護士事務所もしくは事業会社にて、企業法務に関わる業務を2年以上の経験
【歓迎要件】
・SaaS/スタートアップ業界での法務実務経験
・IT/建設業界における法務実務経験
・上場企業・上場準備企業での法務実務経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1300 万円
経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
