仕事内容
【業務内容】
「国内保険シェアNO.1」のIT企業にてシステム開発・保守をご担当頂きます。
要件定義や開発設計といった、いわゆる上流工程をメインにお任せします。
(コーディング等、実際の開発業務はパートナー会社に委託しております。)
【業務】
・グループ内事業会社(損害保険会社)とのシステム要件調整
・システム開発企画
・開発委託先にて作成された成果物(プログラム設計書・計画書等)のレビュー・検証作業等
・各種プログラム開発(一部)
・上記業務のリーダー(2、3名以上)、チームビルディング

・ポータル等、社内システム
・経理システム
・全てプライム案件

【入社後のキャリア】
まずは、これまでのご経験に応じ、中小規模案件のリーダーとしてご活躍頂きます。ゆくゆくはリーダー、プロジェクトマネージャーとして、大規模案件に携わり、管理職候補を目指して頂きます。

応募資格
【必須】
・経験
顧客(各グループ会社の情報システム部門)との折衝経験、業務改善・要員提案などの経験
プロジェクトマネジメント経験(50~100名規模のコスト、スケジュール、進捗、人員管理経験)
メンバー管理・育成マネージメント経験3年以上(20名程度の規模)
各種成果報告のレビュー、ベンダー管理等
10~30名規模のマージメント経験
・資格
大高専・短大卒・大学卒以上
・能力
折衝ごとをスムーズに行うことができるコミュニケーションスキル

プログラミング知識(COBOL、Java、Pythonなど)
