Amazonの物流施設(倉庫や配送センター)を新しく立ち上げるプロジェクトや既存施設の改修工事で、建築、建築設備における設計や工事の監理業務を体験いただきます。経験豊富なメンバーと共に、関係者との打ち合わせ同席、各種資料作成、現地の施工品質確認などに携わり、発注者の設計・施工監理業務を実務に近い形で経験することができます。以下のような様々なタイプの物流施設を経験することも可能です。
フルフィルメントセンター(FC):大きな在庫を保管する倉庫
インバウンドクロスドック(IXD):商品の仕分けを行う施設
サブセイムデイ(SSD):在庫保管と配送の両方ができる施設

設計・工事監理(Construction Management)
発注者の立場から、建築、設備における安全、品質、コスト、スケジュール管理をおこないます。

図面のチェックと修正依頼
建設現場の確認・視察
ゼネコン(建設会社)や設計事務所との打ち合わせ
予算書やスケジュール表の作成・更新
社内関係者への進捗報告
設計標準仕様書の見直しと改定
About The Team
私たちのチーム、Facility Design & Construction(建築設計・工事監理部)は、建築や建築設備の技術者として発注者の立場で社内外さまざまな関係者と連携しながら自社の物流施設における設計・施工を統括しています。新規施設の立ち上げから、稼働中施設の改修、標準仕様の策定まで幅広く関与し、安全、品質、コスト、スケジュールを総合的に管理しながらプロジェクトを推進する役割を担っています。多くの関係者と協業しながら、お客様や事業成長に貢献しています。
Basic Qualifications
卒業年度: 2027年卒業予定の方 (優秀な成績を残された方には、2027年正社員入社の機会をお渡しする可能性があります。ご提出書類には必ず卒業年月日を明記ください。)
専攻: 建築学科、建設工学・建築工学、設備工学、機械工学を学ばれている方
インターン参加時期:2026年夏にて、8-12週間フルタイムでご参加可能な方(リモートではなく、対面でのインターンを行います。)

建築や建設の仕事に興味がある方
ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(グローバルチームとの連携の可能性あり)
