仕事概要


【募集背景】 法人事業部では、BtoB領域におけるオンラインマーケティング施策(広告・CRM・マーケティングツール)を通じたリード獲得・育成の強化を進めています。 現在、施策設計や方針策定は正社員が担っている一方で、広告やCRMの日常的な運用、数値管理、改善サイクルを安定して回す専任リソースが不足している状況です。 本ポジションでは、既存設計・方針を前提に、オンライン施策の実行・運用・改善サイクルを安定して回していただける業務委託メンバーを募集しています。 副業・フリーランスとして、限られた稼働時間の中で価値を発揮されたい方からのご応募を歓迎いたします。 【具体的な業務内容】 本ポジションは、広告・CRM・マーケティングツールの日常的な運用と改善サイクルを安定して回すことを目的としています。 施策設計や大方針の策定は正社員が担い、本ポジションでは実行・数値管理・改善提案を中心にご担当いただきます。 ① Web広告の運用・数値管理 既存の広告施策における、以下の業務を想定しています。 ・日次/週次での数値確認、モニタリング ・入稿作業(既存フォーマット・指示に基づく対応) ・簡易的なABテストの実行(文言・クリエイティブ差し替え等) ・数値をもとにした改善論点の整理、正社員への共有 ※広告戦略の設計や、大規模なアカウント構築・媒体選定は担当範囲外です。 ② CRM/MA施策の運用 既存の設計を前提に、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。 ・リード管理、セグメント抽出 ・メール施策の配信設定・実行 ・配信後の数値集計、改善に向けた示唆出し ・運用面での調整・改善対応 ※上記業務に付随する範囲で、数値整理やマーケ・セールス支援ツールの運用補助をお願いする場合があります。 ※ウェビナー運営や展示会など、オフライン施策は本ポジションの担当範囲外です。 【稼働に関して】 ・稼働時間:週10〜20時間程度(週2〜3日想定) ※夜間や土日の時間を含めていただいて問題ございません ・契約期間:即日〜(初回1か月契約、以降は2か月単位で更新予定) ・稼働形態:フルリモート ・MTG:あり(週1回程度/30〜60分) ※平日日中に実施想定です ※基本はSlackやドキュメント中心で進行します ・報酬:時給 3,000円〜4,000円程度 ※スキル・経験・稼働ボリュームに応じて応相談

必須スキル


①BtoB領域におけるWeb広告の運用経験(3年以上) ②直近1年以内にGoogle広告 / Meta広告の運用を行なわれた経験 ③管理画面やツールを自ら操作し、数値を見ながら広告運用を行った経験

歓迎スキル


①CRM/MAツールを用いたリード管理・配信設定の実務経験 ②BtoB領域におけるオンラインマーケティング施策の運用経験(コンテンツマーケティング、ウェビナー企画、LP改善 等) ③セールスやCSと連携したリード管理・商談支援の経験
