【仕事内容】

\2月から勤務できる方歓迎/

小売業界やホテル業界、通信業界など

様々な分野で利用されている、

海外システムのサポート窓口業務です。

▼具体的な業務の流れ

①企業担当者様からのお問い合わせ対応

②システムの不具合などの状況をヒアリング

③問い合わせ内容に応じて、システム提供元へ

英語で問い合わせを行います。

(※メールでの対応が9割)

難しい内容は翻訳ルーツを

使用しながら対応をするので

英語を使った業務が初めての方も安心です♪

【給与】

時給:1,300円

※22時~5時は深夜手当で収入アップ

勤務時間・曜日:

週3日~勤務OK

・土日祝を含むシフト制

(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

勤務パターン① 08:00~17:00

勤務パターン② 09:00~18:00

勤務パターン③ 13:00~22:00

効率良く稼ぎたい方は

夜間の勤務も可能です

(22:00~08:00 ※任意)
