「smartあんしん補償サービス」契約者からの
お問い合わせに対応していただきます。
「求償」「加入」「廃止」「再送」「キャンセル」等
項目ごとに決まった応対フローを読みながら
決まった項目を入力していくだけ
ルーティンワークメインのお仕事です◎

■スマートフォンやタブレットの故障・盗難紛失時の求償受付
※求償=補償を使い次の端末を用意すること
■補償サービスの加入・廃止受付 等
■再送・キャンセル受付

アピールポイント:
■通話は1件10分程度。1コールごとに後処理の時間あり
■1件1件しっかりお客様と向き合っていく、落ち着いたセンター
■基本はマニュアル通り応対で、複雑な案内はほぼ無し
■サポート者が巡回しており、いつでも質問できる環境
■休憩室には給茶機、飲食物の自動販売機、マッサージチェアあり
■ビル内や周辺にコンビニ・飲食店が多数ある便利な立地
求める人材:
■未経験歓迎、社会人経験不問
■パソコンの基本的な操作が出来る方
※1分間に50字程度の文字入力、画面を開く・閉じる・検索する等
勤務時間・曜日:
・研修期間:2月12日(木) ~ 3月27日(金)
・勤務時間:8:45 ~ 17:15
※7.5時間勤務(休憩1時間)
・勤務日:(月)~(金)の平日のみ
【研修後】
・3月29日(日)~
※3月28日(土)は調整休
勤務時間:早番/8:45~17:15、中番/10:30~19:00、遅番/11:40~20:10
※7.5時間勤務(休憩1時間)
・勤務日:土日祝を含む週5日
※センター指定によるシフト制
休暇・休日:
■原則週休2日制
※月1回以上は土日休みがあります

給与:
■研修中でも時給は下がりません

1,700円×20日~22日=255,000円~280,500円
+評価に応じたインセンティブ(MAX15,000円)
※月の勤務日は20日~23日程度です
