Y社は、高級住宅建築会社のリフォーム部門から始まった会社です。長年培ってきた技術と知識、豊富な経験があります。戸建やマンションの改築から、水回りの小さなリフォームまで、年間400件近くのリフォームを手掛けており、お客様の要望次第では、耐震補強や大規模修繕工事等も行います。リフォーム会社によくある不明瞭な見積もりとは違い、お打合せ段階で工事内容に見合った適切な価格を項目ごと詳細に提示し、きめ細やかな提案力と技術力で、お客様の理想の住まいづくりをサポート。リピートやご紹介を数多くいただいていることが、Y社の家づくりへの評価と信頼の証です。
■会社の未来を担う"営業"のコアメンバーを募集します
不動産の営業ですが、Y社の営業は個人のお客様に対して、家を売る仕事ではありません。自社施工をする為の用地を、適正な価格で仕入れることは大変重要なミッションですが、その他にも住宅のプランニング、アフターフォローなど、家造りの全工程に、リーダーとして関わっていただく、"プロジェクトマネージャー"のような役割を担う仕事です。販売活動は仲介会社に委託していますので、「家を売らなければならない」といったノルマはありません。ですが、仕入れた土地に付加価値となる住宅を企画して「買いたくなる家」を生み出していくことが、Y社の営業の腕の見せ所です。
