保険販売の在り方を根本から見直し、販売プロセスを「集客」「営業」「保全(アフターフォロー)」に完全分業。

本ポジションでは「集客」を担うインサイドセールスをお任せします。

<具体的には>

グループ内の顧客リストやラジオなどからの反響のお客様をお電話で対応。

集客したお客様に対し、保険のご案内を実施。アポを取得し、外勤営業へパスアップしていきます。

※業務の変更の範囲:当社業務全般

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,780,000 〜 ¥4,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥55,000(34時間相当分)を含む。34時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:27万円~33万円

月給:330,000円、基本給:215,000円、固定残業代:55,000円、諸手当:60,000円を含む/月
