【仕事内容】

マンションやビルなどの大規模修繕、公共工事、

防水工事の現場にて施工管理業務をお任せします。

・現場調査/見積作成

・工程/品質/安全管理

・協力会社・職人との打ち合わせ・手配

・資材発注、進捗確認

・管理組合や不動産会社との折衝/報告

・書類作成 など

※現場は東京・神奈川中心

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥500,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥88,800(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

経験者:50万~

未経験:40万~

賞与年3回(8月、12月、4月)
