職務内容:
Disney, Pixar, MARVEL, Star Wars, 20世紀スタジオブランドを最大限に活用し、各ライセンシー企業のニーズに応じたデザイン、アイデアを提供し、パートナーシップを強化する
ディズニーのラインセンスビジネスにおいて、アカウントマネジメントチーム、およびマーケティングチームと連携し、売上およびブランド価値を最大化するためのクリエイティブ・デザインを提供する
バディとなる営業担当と協業して担当ライセンシーへの企画提案を行い、CPGPの施策に合ったフランチャイズの商品化の最大化を促進する。
担当カテゴリーの商品、ブランドに関して、最新の消費者・市場トレンドを把握し、チームへ共有・提言する
ライセンシーとのワークフローの管理
WEBシステムを通しての担当ライセンシーの商品デザイン監修
必須条件:
美術大学や美術の専門学校を修了された方。
3年以上の社会人経験有り(グラフィック及びプロダクトデザインの実務経験有り)
グラフィックデザインの作成(Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynoteなど使用)
商品開発プロセス/グラフィックデザイン/パッケージ/への知見がある
消費者・市場のトレンドの把握能力
何に対しても興味を持って取り組むことができる方。
人前で説明したり発表したりすることに抵抗がない。
誰とでもコミュニケーションができる方。
未経験の仕事にも、前向きに取り組むことができる方。
前向きで明るい素直な方。
キャラクタービジネスに興味のある方
日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:スキルがあれば尚良いが、マストではない。
