1.キャリアステップについて
高校卒業後、大学を中退し、フリーターを経て4年間自衛隊に勤務。
その後、ゲームプログラミング専門学校で3年間学んだ後、入社しました。
入社後すぐに導入プロジェクトに約1年間携わり、保守業務を担当。
徐々にその他の導入プロジェクトにてIFS導入にも関わり、保守業務を兼務しながら様々な経験を積んでいます。
2.転職のきっかけ・入社を決めた理由
応募のきっかけは、当時住んでいた自宅から勤務地が近かったことです。
通勤の利便性は、勤務する上での大切な要素だと感じています。
風通しが良く、働きやすい環境です。
3.入社後に感じたギャップ
入社直後にコロナ禍となり、オフィスへの出社機会は面接を含め数回にとどまりました。
その後は完全リモートワークです。
現在は週2回出社となり、出社日にみんなに会うことでやる気が刺激されています。
4.具体的な業務内容
お客様と直接やり取りするカスタマーセンターのような立ち位置で、お問い合わせ対応をしています。
具体的な仕事の流れをまとめると以下です。
- 毎日届く質問表をもとに、お客様の質問に対応
- 調査と原因分析、解決策の提示
- 保守業務だけでなく、状況に応じて開発作業をすることも
保守開発として、お客様のお悩み解決につながる開発・改善策を実施したいと思っています。
5.スキルアップについて
データベースの資格(SQLシルバー)、簿記、基本情報技術者試験(ブロンズ)を取得中です。
スキルアップのため、継続的に学習しています。
6.今のチームについて思うこと
チームメンバーが2人増えたため、成長をサポートしながら、業務の負担を分散できる体制を目指しています。
業務の属人化を防ぎ、気軽に有給を取れる環境整備が重要だと考えています。
7.仕事のやりがい・難しさ
仕事のやりがいは、お客様からの「ありがとう」の言葉に詰まっています。
新しいスキルの習得(PL/SQLの理解やコードが読めるようになること)、先輩のコードを見て新しい方法を学べることも、仕事のやりがいにつながっています。
難しいと感じることは、保守業務でのお客様とのコミュニケーションです。
用語の選び方や表現に気をつけるなど、ビジネス上のやり取りの難しさを感じます。
IFSの深い理解が求められることも、難しさのひとつです。
8.休日の過ごし方
休日は、読書や映画鑑賞、お酒を楽しむことが多いです。
現在はインドア派ですが、以前はアウトドアの趣味も楽しんでいました。
推理小説やアクション系の小説を読むのが好きです。
9.今後、入社して欲しい仲間
IFS経験者はもちろん、PL/SQLの知識など保守業務に役立つスキルを持つ方だと心強いです。
ともに切磋琢磨し働ける未来を、楽しみにしています。
