【仕事内容】

社内向けFAQ検索・応答チャットボットの高度化に向けた、自然言語処理モデルの開発業務をご担当いただきます。ユーザーからの問い合わせログやナレッジデータを活用し、応答精度の高いモデル構築を行います。

■ 業務内容

・問い合わせ文・FAQデータの前処理とテキスト分析

・自然言語ベースの検索アルゴリズムの設計

・BERT/LLMなどを用いた応答モデルの構築・チューニング

・類似質問のクラスタリングや分類モデルの実装

・精度評価・継続的な改善・再学習対応

■ 必須スキル

・Pythonを用いた自然言語処理の実装経験

・BERTやword2vec等を用いたモデル開発経験

・pandas/scikit-learn/NLTKなどの使用経験

■ 歓迎スキル

・大規模言語モデル(LLM)を利用した開発経験

・チャットボットの設計・導入経験

・検索エンジンやベクトル検索(FAISS等)の知識

・FastAPI等によるモデルAPI化の経験

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00〜19:00(実働8時間程度)

※配属プロジェクトによっては異なる場合がございます
