Responsibilities
- Manage Japan-based commodities and suppliers to meet business needs.
- Collaborate globally to improve procurement performance.
- Ensure supply continuity and optimized commercial results.
- Develop and execute commodity strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships and KPIs in the semiconductor sector.
- Source and develop suppliers for cost and supply optimization.
- Work with senior leaders and key internal stakeholders.
- Apply strong commodity management expertise.
- Align suppliers with product development needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working for a foreign-affiliated company is a plus
- MBA qualifications are a plus
- Working experience with machining suppliers
- Working experience with plastic molding processing suppliers
Salary
- Company will consider candidates up to 10M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
