Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tokyo for an Equity Derivatives Broker at Vantage Capital Markets Japan. The professional will be responsible for facilitating transactions in equity derivatives between institutional clients, providing market insights, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include executing trades, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting clients in their trading and investment needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent client relationships
- Strong expertise in Market Making, Brokerage, and Trading
- In-depth knowledge of Equities and Finance markets
- Ability to analyze market trends and advise clients effectively
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in equity derivatives or related financial roles
- Proficiency in relevant financial tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Japanese is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
