APAC Strategy & Operations team focuses on the successful strategy to execution via creation, deployment, and execution of processes, tools, and services, across all Customer Success and Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) Board Areas and in close alignment with related functional lines of business to drive and impact revenue growth.

This Diploma Internship offers a unique opportunity to work in close collaboration with Japan market unit CS&D management and stakeholders to support the execution of operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Review Support: Assist in preparing and conducting through market unit business review, including Market Unit Rhythm of Business support for CS&D Board Area, offering valuable insights and recommendations
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with Market Unit CS&D team to identify opportunities for operational improvements and to align on strategic goals
  • Performance Monitoring and Tracking: Performance monitoring for Market Unit Top Adoption KPI Program
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to drive business insights, assess risks, and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Skills :

  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality output.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English (Advanced proficiency a plus).
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to develop analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to taking on changing priorities.
  • Excited about continuous learning, professional development, and tackling new challenges.

Qualifications :

  • Must be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution or post-graduate degree
  • Be able to work at least 6 months of internship duration
  • Be able to work approximately 20 hours per week on average, with working hours flexibly adjustable depending on weekly requirements

このディプロマインターンシップは、日本マーケットユニットのCS&D マネジメントやステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、ベストプラクティスな業務の実行を支援する機会となります。

業務内容:

  • 経営レビューサポート: CS&D ボードエリア向けビジネスサポートのマーケットユニットリズムなど、マーケットユニットのビジネスレビューの準備と推進を支援し、貴重なインサイトと推奨事項を提供する
  • ビジネスパートナーシップ:マーケットユニット CS&D チームと緊密に連携して、業務改善の機会を特定し、戦略的目標との連携を図る
  • パフォーマンス監視および追跡:マーケットユニットのトップ導入 KPI プログラムのパフォーマンス監視をする
  • データ分析:データとその分析ツールを活用して、ビジネスインサイトを推進し、リスクを評価し、業務効率と収益性を高めるソリューションを提案する
  • ステークホルダーエンゲージメント:主要ステークホルダーと強固な関係を築き、部門間の効果的なコミュニケーションとコラボレーションを促進する

必要スキル:

  • MS Officeアプリケーションの一般的なスキル(特にExcelおよびPowerPointのスキル)
  • 日本語および英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力・文章作成能力(口頭および文章)
  • 複雑なデータを解釈し分析する能力
  • 自ら動き、またチームワークを通じて適応しながら働ける能力

必要な資格:

  • 大学または大学院に在籍していること
  • 東京オフィスに在来線で通勤が可能であること(出社とリモートワークのハイブリット型)
  • 最短で6ヶ月間は就業できること(延長可能)
  • 平均して週20時間の勤務が可能であること(平日9-18時、稼働時間の調整は週により柔軟に可能)
