仕事内容:

不動産事業における実務経験者向けの事務ポジションです。

単なるルーティン業務ではなく、業務効率化・DX推進にも関わっていただきます。

【主な仕事内容】

・自社所有マンションなどの不動産管理サポート

・入居者対応(入退去手続き、修繕依頼の受付 など)

・オーナー/管理会社との連絡調整、契約更新対応

・書類作成、データ管理などの管理関連業務

経験・スキルに応じて下記もお任せします。

・不動産売買における仲介会社との折衝

・売買契約締結・決済関連業務

・総務・経理などバックオフィス業務のサポート

・不動産管理会社/不動産オーナー業/不動産売買いずれかの実務経験

・基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel)

・売買契約・決済業務の経験

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

◆平均残業時間:月20時間程度

※業務状況により変動あり

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

アクセス:

各線「天満橋駅」より徒歩6分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥32,100〜¥37,400(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給30万円〜35万円

経験・能力を考慮の上、決定します。
