【仕事内容】

自社プロダクト『請求管理ロボforsalesforce』は、

請求書発行・送付・決済・入金消込・債権管理・債権督促などの業務を自動化するクラウドサービスです。

本ポジションでは、そのプリセールス、オンボーディングを

中心としたカスタマーサクセス活動を実施するチームのマネージャーを担当します。

チームメンバーの導入支援状況の進捗管理やKPI管理、施策検討及び実行なども業務に含まれます。

顧客への本質的な提供価値の向上と業績インパクトの大きい施策を推進することがミッションです。

【具体的には】

・ 「請求管理ロボforsalesforce」の導入を検討している企業へのヒアリング、期待値調整

・ 「請求管理ロボforsalesforce」の提案資料の作成、お客様への提案活動

・ 「請求管理ロボforsalesforce」導入プロジェクトのサポート(要件定義、開発サポート)

・ 「請求管理ロボforsalesforce」導入後の定着支援、活用コンサルティングなど

・ チームメンバーの導入支援状況の進捗管理、メンバーマネジメント

・ チームのKPI管理、施策検討及び実行

【求める人材】

・Salesforce認定アドミニストレーター資格または同等の管理・運用経験がある方

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験(2年以上)

Salesforce認定アドミニストレーターとは:下記を運用・管理されていた方

・ ユーザー管理とセキュリティ: アカウント設定、アクセス権限の管理。

・ カスタマイズと設定: 企業ニーズに合わせたSalesforceの機能設定、効率化。

・ データ管理と品質向上: データのインポート、クリーンアップ、整合性維持。

・ レポートとダッシュボード作成: データ分析を通じた意思決定支援。

・ プロセスの自動化: ワークフロー設定による業務効率化。

・ ユーザーサポートとトレーニング: 操作支援、トラブルシューティング、利用促進。

・ システムメンテナンス: 最新機能への対応、システム健全性の維持。

・ ビジネスとテクノロジーの橋渡し: ビジネス要求をSalesforceで実現。

【給与】

年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
