本ポジションでは、造作家具に関わる

プレゼンテーション段階から製作・施工・完成図書作成までを一貫してご担当いただきます。

▼家具プレゼンテーション資料チェック

∟デザイナー・設計担当が作成した家具プレゼン資料の内容確認

∟仕様・寸法・構成に無理がないかの技術的観点でのチェック

∟※ご経験により、プレゼンテーション資料の作成までお任せする場合もあります(尚可)

▼家具製作図チェック・修正

∟提出された家具製作図の内容確認・修正指示

∟意匠・構造・納まり・施工性を踏まえた技術的調整

∟※製作図を一から作成できる方は、即戦力としてご活躍いただけます(尚可)

▼製作工場への指示・打合せ・管理

∟製作工場との仕様確認・納期調整・技術的打合せ

∟製作進捗・品質の管理

∟対応エリア:九州/岩手/秋田/山形/新潟/埼玉/群馬/岐阜/大阪/岡山

▼現場取付手配・指示

∟家具搬入・取付スケジュールの調整

∟取付業者への指示および現場での納まり確認

∟現場条件に応じた是正対応・最終調整

▼家具完成図書作成

∟竣工後の完成図書(完成図・仕様資料等)の作成

∟施主・デザイナー提出用資料の取りまとめ

図面と現場の両方を理解しているからこそ実現できる、高精度な造作家具の納まり。

【必須条件】

・造作家具に関する実務経験をお持ちの方

∟家具製作図のチェック・修正、または作成経験

∟家具の構造・納まり・施工性を理解している方

・製作工場・現場との技術的なやり取りの経験

∟仕様調整、寸法調整、納まり確認などの実務対応ができる方

・家具プレゼンテーション資料の作成・チェック経験

・内装工事に関する基礎知識(内装施工管理・設計経験など)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00 (所定労働時間:8時間0分)

休憩時間:60分

★勤務地の補足★

・本社勤務を基本とし、案件に応じて全国の家具製作工場への出張があります。

・出張先エリア:

九州/岩手/秋田/山形/新潟/埼玉/群馬/岐阜/大阪/岡山

・工場との打合せや品質確認など、モノづくりの現場を直接確認できる環境です。

・ビル1階 駐車場脇に、

セキュリティ付・屋根付きの喫煙可能スペースを設けています。

※「神保町駅」A4出口より 徒歩1分

※転居を伴う転勤はありません。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥300,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

初年度月給300,000円~(一律手当を含む)+賞与年2回+決算賞与年1回

※経験、能力、前職年収などを考慮の上、同社規定により決定

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(期間中の条件変更なし)

■通勤交通費全額支給

■資格手当(1万円/月)

∟一級建築士:1.2万円/月

∟一級建築施工管理技士:1.2万円/月

年収430万円~650万円
