業務内容

  • イベント・ディスプレイ製作

PRイベントや展示会、セミナー等の現場設営から

撤去までの進行管理をお任せします。

クライアントとの打ち合わせに同席することもありますが、

交渉や折衝は基本的に営業担当が行い、

進行や設置方法等についてやり取りすることがあります。

【具体的には】

  • 予算管理(材料費や人件費など予算内で設営が進んでいるか)
  • 工程管理(進捗管理やスケジュール管理)
  • 品質管理
  • 安全管理(現場に危険なところがないかなど)
  • 職人さんの手配 等

※現場は、幕張メッセ・東京ビッグサイト・パシフィコ横浜・都内のホテル等が中心です

※企業の新商品発表会等が全国ツアーである場合は、出張が発生します

※現場規模にもよりますが、小さいと2~3人、大きな案件は300人ほどが関わることも

※職人さんの協力会社は固定のため、スムーズなやり取りが可能です

経験がなくても、技術はイチから教えます。

  • 段階的な研修設定

①自分の手を動かし設営のやり方を知る

②施工管理業務のアシスタント(職人さんの動かし方を知る)

③短期間・少数で完了する小規模展示を担当

④少しずつイベント規模拡大

経験を積んでいくと、メディアで取り上げられる

大きなイベントの施工管理にもチャレンジできます。

年次で任せるのではなく、色々なスタッフに、

<配属先>

配属先の製作本部 第1製作部には下記メンバーが所属しています。

製作管理1課(33名):課長1名-係長4名-主任7名-スタッフ21名

製作管理2課(25名):課長1名-係長2名-主任5名-スタッフ17名

世界的なビッグイベントのメイン会場の装飾や工事等、

  • サッカーコートで約5面分の工場兼倉庫

また2019年1月には千葉県市川市に新しいスタジオ

【SHOEIベイスタジオ】を開設。

サッカーコートで約5面分の広大な敷地の工場内には

業界屈指の大型生産設備等をはじめとした

ディスプレイ製作に必要な各種の資材・機材等も完備。

今後は、首都圏の主要展示会場から30分圏内という、

抜群のロケーションを最大限に活かしたサービスにも、

より一層力を入れていきたいと考えています。

【必須】

  • 専門・短大・高専卒以上の方
  • 社内外の調整業務をしたことがある方

【歓迎】

  • 施工管理の実務経験(年数不問)
  • 第一種普通自動車運転免許(AT可)※基本的に電車などで現場へ向かいますが、社用車を使う場合あり
  • 建築施工管理技士資格(1・2級)
  • 足場組立の特別教育、足場作業主任者
  • 高所作業者資格 等
