Key Responsibilities

Customer Application Support

  • Provide technical support for
    servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems
    .
  • Support
    machine commissioning, tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization
    .
  • Work with customer engineering teams to understand application requirements.

OEM / Partner Support

  • Provide technical training and onboarding for
    OEM and key customers
    .
  • Support discussions on
    customized solutions, interfaces, and product adaptation
    .
  • Communicate customer feedback and technical issues to the
    R&D team in China
    .

Distributor Enablement

  • Train distributors on
    product operation, programming, and troubleshooting
    .
  • Support pre-sales technical inquiries and product evaluation.
  • Assist partners in developing local technical support capability.

On-site & Internal Support

  • Provide on-site support when necessary, including
    commissioning and fault analysis
    .
  • Support pilot projects and initial machine installations.
  • Work with sales and internal teams on technical clarification and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Technical

  • Bachelor's degree or above in
    Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics
    , or related field.
  • 3+ years
    of experience in motion control, servo systems, PLCs, or machine commissioning.
  • Experience with industrial automation systems and
    fieldbus technologies (e.g. EtherCAT)
    .
  • Experience with machine builders or automation integrators preferred.

Skills

  • Practical problem-solving and hands-on debugging ability.
  • Clear communication with engineers, partners, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-border team.

Language

  • Fluent Japanese (required)
    .
  • English and/or Chinese preferred.

Other

  • Willingness to travel within Japan and occasionally to China.
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded.
