部署紹介
当社の売買仲介部門は、近年、国内におけるプレゼンスも伸長し、またCBRE全社の収益成長を牽引する等、成長率の高い事業部です。
名古屋支店には、全体で約40名程度のメンバーが在席していますが、売買仲介部門は10名に満たない少数精鋭のチームです。各営業担当が異なる領域で強み・専門性を備えており、国内外の投資家や一般事業会社に対し、オフィス・土地・インダストリアル/ロジスティクス・ホテル・レジデンシャル等、あらゆる事業用不動産の取引機会を提供しています。
ポジションの概要
- 投資用不動産及び事業用不動産の売買仲介営業
業務内容及び責任範囲
- 国内・海外の法人顧客(不動産投資家、事業法人等)に対して、売却物件のソーシング/買主探索/契約交渉・調整/クロージングまでの業務を担当いただきます。
リーシング、アセットマネジメント、プロパティマネジメント、コンサルティング部門などと連携して、投資用・事業用不動産の潜在価値を発見してご提案出来るのが当社の魅力です。
エリア制や顧客担当制といった制約を設けておりませんので、ご自身の経験やネットワークを存分に活かして案件を獲得して頂けます。
必要とされる業務経験・資格
- 投資用及び事業用不動産売買仲介営業の経験5年以上(重要事項説明書・売買契約書等の作成、決済引渡業務等)
または、資産管理会社(富裕層)などへの投資営業経験3年以上
宅地建物取引士

- 顧客からの依頼を待つのでは無く、コミュニケーションにより選択肢を積極的に提案し、ニーズを顕在化させて行くことができる方。 現状の不動産の価値向上のための可能性を仮説、検証し、商品として顧客へ提案できる方。
