仕事内容:

複雑な報酬体系やルールに縛られず、お客様との関係構築に集中できる環境を実現するため、2024年7月に設立されました。

スタートアップメンバーとして、組織の成長に直接携わることができます。

◆お任せする業務

法人・個人向けの生命保険代理販売業務全般をお任せします。

前職の経験や人脈を活かした新規顧客開拓から、顧客のニーズをヒアリングしての提案、契約手続き、契約後の定期的なフォローまで、営業活動全体を担当いただきます。

SNSやブログを活用したマーケティング活動も行い、潜在顧客へのアプローチを広げていきます。

出社や稼働時間の制限はありません。フルリモート勤務も可能で、ご自身の目標数字を設定いただくため、いわゆる「ノルマ」はございません。

受注実績によってインセンティブ支給率が変動する仕組みで、あなたの能力が直結した収入につながります。

大手保険会社で10年以上の営業実績を持つ代表が、提案方法などのノウハウをお伝えします。

取り扱い保険会社はメットライフ生命、アクサ生命、ネオファースト生命の3社です。

取り扱い保険会社の手数料率が高く設定されています。個人の能力値により月60万~100万円のインセンティブが見込める環境で、基本給250万円から最大年収5,000万円への道が開かれています。

・月1回程度大阪に通える方

※下限年収300万円はインセンティブを含まない金額です。

※インセンティブについては取引している保険会社様や提示プランによって報酬額が変わるため、一概には言えないですが、月60万~100万円稼げる環境です。(個人の能力値によって変動します)

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
