- Main Responsibilities
Teach short, engaging English lessons using songs, games, picture books, and simple activities.
Follow the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
Support children's English exposure in a fun, safe, and age-appropriate way.
Assist with class routines such as transitions, greetings, and activity setup.
Communicate with homeroom teachers to maintain smooth lesson flow.
Prepare basic teaching materials as needed.
Participate in occasional school events or meetings when requested (depending on schedule availability).

Provide high-quality English exposure in a limited number of hours.
Ensure lessons are enjoyable, consistent, and well-managed.
Build positive relationships with children and staff.

Initial onboarding with lesson observation and training
Supportive team and ongoing guidance from Gakuen English teaching coaches.
Flexible schedule; emphasis on reliability and teamwork
※Work Location
Assignment will be to one of our kindergartens in the Kansai area, depending on your residence and qualifications.
