What Is Internship Member Registration?

Expected Internship Positions
We plan to offer a variety of internship opportunities related to the development of flying cars (eVTOL/electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft). Interns will have the chance to gain experience in the following fields:
- Development (design, aerodynamics, control, electrical systems, etc.)
- Business Development (market research, strategy planning, partnership development, etc.)
- Procurement (supply chain management, vendor coordination, etc.)
- Manufacturing (production process management, quality control, etc.)
- Corporate (finance, HR, legal, etc.)
Assignments will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of applicants' skills, interests, and our company's needs.
Essential Skills
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Interest in fields such as aviation, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control systems, business development, marketing, law, and finance
- Strong motivation to contribute to the development of new technologies and businesses
- Ability to collaborate in a team and solve problems
Desirable Skills
- Experience in relevant projects or internships
- Skills in CAD, programming, data analysis, financial analysis, etc.
- Ability to work in an English-speaking environment
Target Candidate
- Strong interest in new technologies and the aviation industry
- Proactive in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to take on new challenges with a positive attitude, even in unfamiliar areas
- Open-mindedness to incorporate others' opinions and ideas while striving to achieve objectives
- Ability to think independently and progress tasks while confirming with supervisors

Internship Duration
- Minimum Participation Period: 6 months or longer recommended
- If difficult, a minimum of 3 months may be considered
- Start Date: Flexible, negotiable

- Nagoya Airport Office: Nagoya Airport Terminal Building 2nd floor, Toyoba, Toyoyama-Cho, Nishikasugai, Aichi Prefecture
- Measures to Prevent Secondhand Smoke: Smoking Room Provided
- Tokyo Office: Hirakawacho Front Building 3nd floor, Hirakawacho, Chiyoda-ku, Toky
- Measures to Prevent Secondhand Smoke: Not Available
- Scope of Change: Places determined by the Company (including places where telework is performed)
Working Hours
- Working days per week: 5 days per week
- Daily working hours: 8 hours per day
- Basic working hours: 9:00~18:00
Compensation
- Salary: Hourly provided
- Some internship programs may be unpaid (e.g., for university credit)
- Transportation Allowance: Provided
