必要な条件/経験:
- 学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
- コンサルティング業務の管理と拡大、および経営幹部レベルの顧客との関係構築に携わった 15 年以上の経験。
- ビジネス変革、クラウド戦略と運用、クラウド FinOps、イノベーションなどの分野に携わった 10 年以上の経験。
- ビジネス開発、プロジェクトのスコープ設定、予算編成、企業向けプロフェッショナル サービス プログラムの主導に携わった経験。
望ましい経験/スキル:
- MBA やコンピュータ サイエンスまたは関連する技術分野で修士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
- クラウド テクノロジーおよび企業向けクラウド市場に関する経験。
- 全社規模の構造的変革を主導した経験。
- クラウド変革の経験、およびクラウド変革プログラムを通じてお客様のビジネス価値向上を支援した経験。
- クラウド変革および戦略、クラウド運用モデル、組織文化、データ主導型変革、クラウド FinOps、イノベーションに関するカンファレンスでの講演またはコンテンツ発信の経験。
- 文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力とマネジメント能力。

業務内容
- JAPAC Google Cloud コンサルティング(GCC)内で、Delta のイノベーションおよびトランスフォーメーション担当のコンサルタント、アーキテクト、デベロッパーで構成される JAPAC チームを管理する。
- 当該領域の成長計画の策定に参画してその実行を主導し、魅力的なサービス群および市場開拓イニシアチブの創出、マーケティング、提供を主導するとともに、サービス パイプライン全体の成長とビジネス開発の責任を担う。
- Professional Services Organization(PSO)の Delta 領域において、顧客エンゲージメントのプロジェクト デリバリーを主導する。プログラムとプロジェクトで成果を達成できるよう、お客様に対するアカウンタビリティを維持する。エンゲージメントのデリバリーを主導し、お客様の期待を上回る成果が得られるよう統括する。
- プロフェッショナル サービスのエンゲージメントを遂行するため、お客様側の経営幹部やステークホルダーとの関係を管理し、主導する。
- PSO の Delta チームが発信する業界向けのソート リーダーシップの企画を主導する。
