必要な条件/経験:

  • コンピュータ サイエンス、通信、電気工学のいずれかの学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
  • 通信またはデータセンター インフラストラクチャ業界において、光ネットワーク インフラストラクチャ(光ファイバーの融着、OTDR テスト、DWDM システム)に携わった 6 年以上の経験。
  • ネットワーク自動化のためのコーディング/スクリプト作成(Python、Go)とデータ モデリングに携わった経験。
  • 部門横断的な環境で、ベンダー、請負業者、またはフィールド チームを管理した経験。
  • 英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、担当地域のお客様との関係管理をサポートできること。

望ましい経験/スキル:

  • 通信インフラストラクチャ、デプロイ、またはハイパースケール データセンターのネットワーク設計に携わった 10 年以上の経験。
  • ネットワークの設計とトラブルシューティングの経験。
  • 自動化フレームワークと CI/CD パイプラインの経験。
  • AI/ML インフラストラクチャの要件または大規模なクラスタ ネットワーキングに携わった経験。
  • 最小限の監督下で、自律的に業務を遂行し、相反する優先事項を管理し、技術プロジェクトを主導できること。
  • APAC 地域内での出張が可能なこと。

業務内容

  • 光ファイバーと構造化ケーブル配線に関する APAC の技術責任者として業務を遂行する。Google の厳格なハイパースケール基準を満たすように、屋内設備(ISP)から屋外設備(OSP)までの設置を確実に行う。
  • 地域全体のサードパーティ ベンダーとパートナーの優先事項を定め、指示する。データセンター、コロケーション施設、POP における作業品質を確保するために監査と現場検査を実施する。英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、担当地域のお客様との関係管理をサポートする。
  • インド、オーストラリア、マレーシア、タイなどの主要市場へ勤務時間の最大 30 %まで出張し、品質評価の実施および重要インフラストラクチャの立ち上げを主導する。
  • 大きな影響を与える分析と効率の改善。指標とダッシュボードを作成し、品質基準が満たされていることを証明して、データドリブンな意思決定を担当地域に浸透させる。
  • 最新のネットワーク自動化フレームワーク(Ansible、Nornir)とデータ モデリング(YAML/JSON)を使用して、設置品質の取得とレビューの方法を標準化する。
