職務内容

  • コンクリート二次製品の老舗メーカーにて製品を製造する工場の運営・管理など工場長業務をお願いいたします。

・工場長として現場社員のマネジメントや人員配置

・生産管理、収支管理、設備保全、安全活動

・他部署(営業)と調整をおこない、在庫がない商品に関してどのように生産していくか生産計画や納期調整

・現場のトラブル対応(設備の故障や製品トラブル発生時)

※入社時は一般職として入社いただき研修を受けていただきます。研修期間終了後に工場長代理~工場長とステップアップしていただきます。研修期間は3ヶ月~6ヶ月を想定しています。

・製造業で生産管理経験をお持ちの方

・マネジメント経験をお持ちの方

・普通自動車第一種免許をお持ちの方
